DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL LAYOUTS AND ENGINEERING COMMUNICATIONS
The Department of General Layouts and Engineering Communications includes the following subdivisions for:
- General layouts and transportation;
- Water supply and sewerage;
- Heating, ventilation and conditioning;
- Intra-plants communications;
- Automatic fire-fighting;
Main directions of work of the department:
Subdivision of general layouts and transportation makes engineering of:
- General layouts and transportation for industrial enterprises;
- Intra-site and approach lines;
- Intra-site and automobile approach roads;
- Improvement of industrial enterprises territories and sanitary-protection areas.
Subdivision of Water Supply and Sewerage makes engineering of:
- Internal networks of water supply and sewerage of industrial and public buildings;
- Pumping plants for water supply and sewerage;
- Systems of circulating water supply and water preparation;
- Artesian wells, water towers and areas of sanitary protection;
- Local purification units of industrial, household and rain-off canalization.
In addition the subdivision offers services including hydraulic calculations of water supply and sewarage networks.
The subdivision of ventilation, heating and conditioning is involved in :
- Ventilation, aspiration;
- Heating, hot water supply;
- Air conditioning;
- Smoke removal;
- Execution of technological calculations.
The intra-communications subdivision makes engineering of:
- Process pipelines for different purposes;
- Gas pipelines with the pressure up to 1.2 Mpa;
- Field pipelines;
- Heating systems (including those made of previously insulated pipes and stream lines for various pressures), flexible previously insulated pipelines of “Kasaflex” and “Izoproflex”.
Automatic fire-fighting subdivision makes engineering of:
- Process parts of automatic and stationary plants of all types of fire-fighting (water, foam, gas, aerosol, powder).
The subdivision renders services for examination of fire-fighting installations for their correspondence to the existing norms and issuing recommendations to bring them to the requirements of the norms.
