ERECTION AND PROCESS DEPARTMENT

 The Erection and Process Department works out design documentation in the following directions:

- Process decisions;
- Heat and mechanical gas supply;
- Integral natural gas supply;
- Heat insulation of pipelines and equipment.

The department has a big experience of working out of chemical industry projects, oil production objects, oil refinery, heat power industry, mechanical productions and auxiliary purpose objects. The department performs calculations of material and heat balances of technological processes, calculations and selection of mass-exchanging, heat-exchanging, pump-compressing tank and other equipment, hydraulic and strength analysis of pipelines systems.

The modern licensed software AutoPLANT is used for making designing for 3-dimentional simulation of technological processes which permits together with designers of adjacent professions to work out in complex a future model of a future object, to automate making of graphic material and ordered specifications, to control the execution of a project in the process of development.

Taking into consideration the specific character of the designed industrial productions with dangerous technological processes the special attention is paid to the development of measures for industrial safety. The department makes calculations and analysis of calculations for categories determination of explosive technological units concerning destruction areas and chemical contamination in case of emergencies at industrial objects plant-sites.

The professional approach of the specialists to engineering, using state-of-the-art means of computing technique and software, helps to minimize expenses of the investment of engineering cycle and construction of objects.
