AUTOMATION OF PROJECTS ISSUING

The department of Automation of Projects Issuing consists of the following subdivisions:
- Software and network hardware support;
- Maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment;
- Keeping in archives and project documentation issuing;

The department main work directions are:
- Support and development of programs and program means;
- Maintenance of computers, copying devices, peripheral facilities and  local computer network used in the Institute;
- Scanning, circulation, binding work, acquisition, design and other documentation issuing;
- Registration and storage of design and other documentation;
- Information service of the Institute subdivisions to provide them with archives documentation;

  The department is equipped with state-of-the-art efficient copying equipment with bigger number of options (increased printing speed, simultaneous scanning and printing, color printing, folding).

  The archives has the fund of engineering-estimate, structural and other technical documentation developed by the Institute and subcontracting organizations from the moment of the Institute setting up.

  The Institute renders printing and publishing services to other organizations.
