INSTRUMENTATION AND AUTOMATION DEPARTMENT

  The main direction of the work of the Department Instrumentation and Automation is development and introduction of automated management systems and emergency protection of technological processes (DCS) both at newly constructing productions and revamped-modernized objects and reconstruction of the existing Instrumentation and Automation system with introduction of automated management system of technological processes on micro-process technique basis.
  The basic principle of the department activity is the complex approach to automated management design engineering system of technological processes based on the support of three directions:
- Technological processes automation;
- Electric drives automation;
- Development of customized software for new automated management systems of technological processes.
  The department employs highly qualified personnel with extensive experience in engineering and debugging of automation systems and electric drives control at many petroleum oil refining and chemical industry plants in the CIS countries.
  The department proposes a number of services including solving of questions concerning process measurements, automation control and selection of technical means complex for realization of technological processes automation of any level.
  The department is being equipped with the most state-of-the-art computer hardware and software is able to develop complicated projects within short time and at high qualitative level. The software of the department includes such software packages as АutoCAD, AutoPlant 3D, Sapr-Alfa, office applications Microsoft Office and etc. The usage of the specialized software for calculations of restrictions, valves, for selection of flow-meters, for calculation of field bus segments and etc shortens labor-intensiveness and time needed for selection of automation means.
  The projects are being developed in close collaboration with specialists of the leading producers and suppliers of instruments and automation means, automated management systems and emergency protection including such companies: Honeywell International Inc, Invensys Process Systems, Triconex, Emerson Process Management, Endress+Hauser, Samson AG. Kanex Krohne, Bently Nevada, Siemens, Toshiba, Yokogawa Electric, ABB, Omron Corporation, Rockwell Automation and others. 
  By agreement with customers and suppliers of hardware and software the programmers of the department perform engineering works as to configuration of automated management systems and emergency protection.
  During the last years more than thirty projects of automated management systems of technological process were realized at the enterprises of our customers.
The specialists of the department provide technical maintenance and designers’ supervision of the designed objects during the whole period of realization.
